Processing & Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation

• Clean bonding surfaces thoroughly to remove dust, oil, rust, or loose debris

• For best results, lightly abrade smooth surfaces and wipe with solvent

• Surfaces may be damp but not water-logged – ensure no standing water

Mixing Instructions

• Mix 100 parts resin with 50 parts hardener by weight

• Stir thoroughly until a uniform off-white paste is achieved

• Use immediately; pot life is approximately 10–15 minutes at 25°C

Application

• Apply mixed adhesive using a spatula, putty knife, or cartridge gun

• Press surfaces together firmly; clamping is optional but improves strength

• Avoid moving parts during initial set time (~30 minutes)

• Do not disturb or expose to water until fully cured

Curing Time

• Handling strength: ~30 minutes @ 25°C

• Full cure: 8–12 hours (depends on substrate and thickness)

Packaging, Storage & Shelf Life

Storage : Store in cool, dry place (10–30°C), away from sunlight

Shelf Life: 12 months (in original, sealed containers)
