Our Insulated Flexible Duct is a high-efficiency air distribution solution for modern HVAC systems, combining robust flexibility with thermal and acoustic insulation performance. Built to withstand NZ’s diverse climatic demands, this duct is ideal for both residential and commercial ventilation systems where energy efficiency, condensation control, and reduced noise are critical.

Product Construction

• Inner Core: Spiral-wound, flexible aluminium duct reinforced with high-tensile steel wire helix

• Insulation Layer: Thick blanket of glass wool (mineral wool) or polyester insulation, typically 25–50 mm depending on variant

• Outer Jacket: Reinforced aluminium/PET laminated foil for vapour sealing and mechanical protection
