Product Overview

Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) is a high-performance, non-woven reinforcement material made from premium E-CR glass filaments. The strands are randomly but evenly distributed (approximately 50 mm in length) and bonded using an emulsion binder with a silane coupling agent. This design ensures excellent resin compatibility, durability, and consistent lamination results in various composite applications.

Storage & Packaging

• Core Diameter: 77–82 mm

• Packaging: Rolls wrapped in polyethylene, packed in corrugated cartons

• Recommended Storage:

  • Temperature: 15–35 °C

  • Humidity: 35–85% RH

  • Condition the rolls for 24 hours prior to use to avoid condensation issues.
