Once cured, Polyshield creates a smooth, semi-gloss finish that resists dust, oil, and chemical damage. Its non-porous, flexible nature prevents microbial growth and accommodates vibrations and thermal expansion, ensuring long-term surface integrity.

Application Over Concrete

• Use Prime Coat as primer for best adhesion

• Primer Coverage
  Smooth surface: 60–70 sq.ft/kg
  Uneven/porous surface: 40–50 sq.ft/kg

• Once primer is dry (approx. 4–6 hrs), apply Polyshield

• Polyshield Coverage
  With primer: up to 80 sq.ft/kg
  Without primer: 40–50 sq.ft/kg

Application Over Metal

• A metal primer must be applied beforehand

• Surface prep includes rust removal and light sanding

• Coverage (each): 60–70 sq.ft/kg for primer and Polyshield
